This is one of the best workshops I’ve ever had the opportunity to attend. I’ve had the privilege of attending it multiple times over the course of 7-8 years.

I have handled multiple businesses in multiple geographies as CEO for Godrej Consumer Products. The businesses were acquisitions made by Godrej in geographies like the UK, Argentina and Chile. Even in situations where I’d just taken over the businesses and they were not performing well, using this workshop first with the management team and then cascading it down to other layers in the organisation was a very effective way of getting the team members to embrace ownership and accountability. It helped create the language and environment to create high performance teams that were then able to turn businesses around very quickly.
