I work as a Leadership & Organization Development Advisor. I strive to develop deep expertise in and facilitation capabilities for individual and organizational development and aspire to use these to assist individuals and organizations in their journey of growth.
My work is focused on the three quests – Personal Growth, Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development and their intersections. Depending on the specific context, my work has taken different forms – workshops, individual coaching, consulting assignments, group facilitation or keynote talks.
