How do we discover, who we are as individuals? How do we figure out what kinds of lives we want and how do we create these lives? What does personal growth really mean and how do we seek it?
ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS
Organizations (from governments to schools to businesses) truly shape the world that we live in – organizations can be a true force of goodness in the world, or they can also be entities that stifle the human spirit and become instruments of exploitation. What does it take to build ‘thriving organizations’ that are a true force of goodness – organizations that are not only successful but also are catalysts to unleash individual potential and to create ideal human communities.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
I have always felt that ‘Leadership Development’ at its core is about exploring the theme of ‘Personal Growth’ in context of ‘Organizational Effectiveness’. Given the massive role organizations play in shaping our world and given the significant demands that organizational leadership puts on personal growth – it’s a very challenging and at the same time a very high stakes area of work.
