ABOUT SHAILESH

Hello! I am Shailesh. I am a student of human behavior and life.

I work as a independent HR & Leadership Development Advisor. I strive to develop deep expertise in and facilitation capabilities for individual and organizational development and aspire to use these to assist individuals and organizations in their journey of growth.

I have worked in the field of Human Resources for more than 23 years across a wide range of roles such as Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, Global HR, Talent & Leadership Development, and Consulting with Marico, Asian Paints, Accenture, and Godrej. I have completed my Masters in HR from SIBM and my Executive Masters in Consulting & Coaching for Change (EMCCC) from INSEAD.

For the last ten-odd years, my work has been focused on Leadership & Organizational Development. The core areas that I have worked on include leadership assessments and development, 360-degree feedback, talent management, performance management, and initiatives such as the design of selection methodology, leadership team coaching, and articulation of organizational values and culture.

I have found high-quality psychometrics to be a very powerful tool in this work and I have completed my certifications for OPQ, Gallup Strenghsfinder, and the Hogan suite instruments.

I have also designed and delivered capability development workshops on the themes of personal growth, people leadership, and managerial selection. Over the last few years, I have completed more than 125 sessions of these workshops covering more than 1200 leaders from business across sectors and across geographies such as India, Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and Africa. I have had the privilege of coaching many mid and senior-level leaders on themes related to career and leadership development.
